Take part in a 4-day women’s only intensive learn-to-swim course in Highbury & Islington running from the Monday 27th - Thursday 30th October.
Working on the foundations and fundamental swimmers, the aim is for people to come out of the course more confident and comfortable in the water and with basic skills to help them continue their swimming journey.
The sessions will run for 45 minutes; 17:00 - 17:45, 17:45 - 18:30 & 18:30 - 19:15. Absolute beginners is for those with very limited experience in the water, working on getting the face in, breath work and floating.
Beginner level 2, for those who have experience floating and kicking in the water already, looking at introduction of arms and deep water confidence (floating and treading).
What to expect
There will be a maximum of 5/6 swimmers to each teacher.
The pool is 20 metres, with a deep end of 1.65m.
