Join our 4-week women’s-only swimming programme designed to build water confidence in a supportive and private environment. The session will be running on various dates in February and March.

We’ll focus on the fundamentals of swimming; including breath control, flotation, kicking, and body position, with the aim of helping every swimmer feel more comfortable and confident in the water.

  • Absolute Beginner Option 1: . Saturdays: 21st Feb & 14th, 21st & 28th March, 8:30 - 9:30am.

  • Beginner Level 2 Option 1: Saturdays:

  • 21st Feb & 14th, 21st & 28th March, 9:30 - 10:30am.

  • Absolute Beginner Option 2:Saturdays: 21st Feb & 14th, 21st & 28th March, 10:30 - 11:30am.

  • Beginner Level 2 Option 2:Saturdays: 21st Feb & 14th, 21st & 28th March, 11:30am - 12:30pm. .

Course Levels:

  • Absolute Beginner: For those with little or no swimming experience.

  • Beginner Level 2: For those who can already float and kick on front and back independently (i.e. without the use of flotation aids) with basic arm movements, but want to strengthen skills and technique.

What to Expect:

  • A small pool setting with a maximum of 5 - 6 learners per teacher

  • Two female teachers in the water, leading the sessions

  • A moveable floor, adjustable from 1.2m to 1.8m, allowing practice in both shallow and deep water safely

  • A supportive, women-only environment with female instructors in a private pool
