June - July: 6-Week Women's Only Swim Programme, Willesden (mornings)
A 6-week swim programme, running between the 2nd June - 7th July, every Tuesday.
For absolute beginner swimmers, we will be working on the fundamentals of swimming; breath work, flotation, kicking, body position etc. The aim is to make every swimmer more confident and comfortable in the water.
Beginner level 2 is for swimmers who can float and kick through the water independently with basic stroke work. We will be looking at introduction to full strokes and technique.
What you can expect
A small, warm pool (30 degrees +) (the pool is 12m long with a deep end of 2.2m)
One expert teacher leading the lessons
A smaller group size than our usual sessions; with a max of 4 swimmers per session for absolute beginner sessions, and 5 for beginner level 2.
Working on the fundamentals of swimming (breathwork, floatation, body position) and correct technique of the strokes in order to enable you to become an effortless and efficient swimmer
