Join our 6-week women’s only swim course in Highbury & Islington, from 1st June - 6th July every Monday, for an hour-long session. The course is designed to help you leave a more competent, confident and efficient swimmer, whatever your level.
This is for intermediate swimmers - those who can swim at least a length on their front without stopping and are comfortable swimming on their back also. We will be looking at technique of frontcrawl, backstroke and breaststroke, as well as starts and turns, treading etc; looking at the technique to build stamina and make you a more effortless swimmer.
There are maximum 5/6 swimmers to a teacher, with two teacher, Daniella and Suhaila, in the water
The session will run from 19:50 - 20:50
The pool is 20m long, with a deep end of 1.65m.
