November: 6-Week Women's Only Swim Programme, Highbury & Islington (Mondays)

Join our 6-week women’s only swim course in Highbury & Islington, from Monday 3rd November - 8th December, every Monday. With varied levels according to ability, teachers in the water and a strong focus on technique and foundations, the course is designed to help you leave a more competent, confident and efficient swimmer, whatever your level.

20:00 - 20:45 is for beginner level 2 swimmers, who have either attended our absolute beginner class or can float and kick through the water independently (i.e no floatation aids). We will be introducing and refining strokes (front, back and breast), as well as looking at breathwork, deeper water confidence and efficiency when swimming.

Each session is 45 minutes long. 20:45 - 21:30 is for intermediate swimmers. This is for those swimmers who can swim at least a length on their front without stopping. We will be looking at technique of frontcrawl, backstroke and breastroke, as well as starts and turns, treading etc; looking at the technique to build stamina and make you a more effortless swimmer.

  • There are maximum 5/6 swimmers to a teacher, with two teacher, Daniella and Omie, in the water

  • The pool is 20m long, with a deep end of 1.65m.
