Apr - May: 6-Week Swim Programme, London Bridge (Fridays)
A 6-week swim course in London Bridge, running every Friday from the 17th April - 22nd May, every Friday. Each session is 45 minutes long.
14:15 - 15:00 is for absolute beginner swimmers. This level is for those with no, or very basic experience in the water. We will be going through the basics of floating, body position, breathwork before introducing the foundations of stroke, as well as deep water work.
15:00 - 15:45 and 15:45 - 16:30 are for beginner level 2 swimmers, who have a basic level of flotation, and moving through the water with kick on both front and back unsupported (i.e. without the use. floatation aids), as well as basic arm movements. We will be introducing and refining strokes, as well as introduction to deep water.
We will be working in a lane in a 25 metre pool, with one side shallow and the other end deep, going up to 3.1m.
Omie will be leading the lessons.
This is a small group size, with no more than 5 people to a group for beginner level 2, and 4 for absolute beginners.
This is a mixed course.
