Please note by purchasing this course, you will be joining on the 2nd week of the programme (originally a 6-week course, starting on 2nd June. As a beginner level 2 swimmer, this shouldn’t affect progress). 

A 5-week women's only swim course in Highbury, running from the 9th June - 7th July, every Monday.

Each session is 45 minutes long. 20:45 - 21:30 is for beginner level 2 swimmers. This is for swimmers who have completed our absolute beginner class, or have some experience in the water, and are comfortable putting their face in, floating and can kick throgh the water. We will be looking at the introduction of full strokes, refining technique and deep-water confidence.

20:00 - 20:45 is for absolute beginner swimmers. We will be working on the fundamentals of swimming; breath work, flotation, kicking, body position etc. The aim is to make every swimmer more confident and comfortable in the water

• There are maximum 5 swimmers to a teacher, with two teacher, Daniella and Omie, in the water

• The pool is 20m long, with a deep end of 1.65m.
