A 5-week swim course in Highbury, running from the 24th July - 21st August, every Thursday.
Each session is 45 minutes long. The first session, 19:20 - 20:05, is for absolute beginner swimmers. Absolute beginner is for those who have no, or very limited experience in the water. We will be starting at the beginning, working on developing correct technique and comfort in the water.
The second session, 20:05 - 20:50, is for beginner level 2 swimmers (one teacher will lead each class).
Please choose beginner level 2 if you already have some experience in the water and can float and kick.
There are maximum 5 swimmers to a teacher, with two expert teachers in the water.
The pool is 20m long, with a deep end of 1.65m.
