Saturday 25th April: Women's Only, Deep Water Masterclass Session
Join us for drop in swimming women’s-only ‘masterclass’ sessions Saturday 25th April, in a private pool near Baker Street. These focused, drop-in lessons are designed to refine your technique, boost efficiency, and build confidence in the water.
Join as many sessions as you like – no long-term commitment required!
These sessions are designed for higher beginner level 2 swimmers/intermediate - who have basic stroke work but may want to improve their technique . It will take place in a 15m pool. The pools floors can move to a maximum depth of 1.8m. We will look at ways to make your stroke more efficient and effortless, identify faults and introduce drills and practices on how to improve; as well as practices that you can take away for when you practice independently.

Deep Water Confidence (jumps, flotation and treading)

11:30 - 12:30pm
Frontcrawl technique (breathwork, rotation and breathing, efficiency of the arms)
8:30 - 9:30am
Breaststroke technique (correct kicking, arms, breathing and timing)
9:30 - 10:30am
