A 5-week swim women’s-only swim programme, running 19th April - 24th May, every Sunday (excluding the 26th April due to nearby road closures for the London Marathon). Each session is 45 minutes, either 19:00 - 19:45, 19:45 - 20:30 or 20:30 - 21:15

We will be working on the fundamentals of swimming; breath work, flotation, kicking, body position etc. The aim is to make every swimmer more confident and comfortable in the water.

Please choose beginner level 2 if you already have some experience in the water and can float and kick independently (i.e. without floatation aids) on both your front and back.

What you can expect

  • A small, warm pool with a max of 5/6 learners per teacher. The pool is 15m long with a deep end of 1.6m. 

  • Two expert teachers, Kayla and Lica, leading the lessons

  • Working on the fundamentals of swimming (breathwork, floatation, body position) and correct technique of the strokes in order to enable you to become an effortless and efficient swimmer

This course is women’s only, with female instructors in a private pool. However, the first session follows on from children's lessons so there may be male guardians present on the building (the second session will be completely private). Please note, all courses are non-refundable, nor able to be exchanged. If you have any questions about the course, please do send us an email, as no changes can be made after booking.
